Overview
So with the review of Camvoice, I thought I shall review it’s brother site, Midnight Chat City (they aren’t actually in connection as far as I know, just uses the same chat script). Just like Camvoice, as you can see from the screen shot, all you have to do is choose a user name and press enter the chat, and you’re in. But unlike Camvoice, it has an added Games section, Forums, Message Board, and the ability to make your own profile. And to add to all of that, it’s totally FREE. That’s right, not sign-up for extra features or hidden fees, totally free. I’m not sure how much of the other features are used since I haven’t really used them myself, but I can talk about the chat room.
Inside Midnight Chat City
Midnight Chat City is actually a decent site. It has no time limit, but it limits you to only view 2 cams at once, but it’s free, so that’s good enough for me, so no complaints there. You can also move the cams throughout the chat window just like Camvoice. I actually had a nice time conversing with a woman off here, and we still chat frequently. It was funny, because I had her full attention, and guys were sending me PM’s asking me to get her naked and shit, lol. Anyway, lets get back to it.
All parts are movable in both sites — even the main chat window. To enter a different room, find the room list to the bottom left of the screen, click on it, then press the Enter Room tab. Well, off to the bad now.
This site also suffers from of the same problems that Camvoice suffers from, which is spam. But it isn’t as close to the level a Camvoice. The server was pretty bad at one time as well. On my wireless connection, I’d get kicked every 5 to 20 minutes (thank goodness they didn’t have a time limit). It seems the server is pretty stable now, though, so it’s no as near as bad as it once was, and I’m able to connect on my wireless connection no problems now. And it suffers from the same annoying new message sound, which you can disable in the top right of the chat window.
As of 02-14-2009, this site has seen a lot of improvement. You now have the ability to view four cams at once, via registering which is free. To do this you simple click on the forums tab, register, check your email, and you’re done. the only negative is the white text used to sign up because it can hardly be seen on the yellow background. The server is also at optimum performance. From the time I was on — on three different connections — all three were fast, and I never got kicked off the server.
Of course the sound is still somewhat annoying, but you can just disable this from the top of tab tab. I should note that before you log in with the screen name of your choosing, scroll down a bit, and click on For Full Size Chat Room and Tagboard Click Here Before Entering. This will make the chat screen full-sized, and make it much easier to view every thing, as opposed to having to actually scroll.
Conclusion
All-in-all, this site has a lot of potential, and has improved a lot with a much better server and being able to view four cams at once. For a free site, with no whammies, it’s pretty decent, and salacious activity ensues every now and then. Great site, I encourage everyone to try it.

Your right Midnight Chat City is in no way connected to Cam Voice.
As far as the server it’s been upgraded to four times the capacity. To cut down on spam and the over use of PMs you need register in the forum to use PMs and Create Rooms and have Four cams up, which is free.To chat you just log into the forum and click on CHAT in menu bar.The chat has now been split into two separate rooms, clean-chat or sex-chat.
